Diaper Brand Spotlight Series: Up & Up

With gazillions of different diaper brands out there, it's hard to know which ones to buy for your baby. By doing your research and comparing the brands, you can narrow down the list of diapers you'd like to try. Here we've compiled the available information about Target's Up & Up Diapers in one convenient post for you.

Here is everything you ever wanted to know about Up & Up diapers.

Let's start with my completely subjective thoughts about Up & Up diapers. These Target diapers are a great choice. They are trim (think along the lines of Pampers instead of Huggies) and absorbent. They are also pretty generously sized, so bigger babies should fit in these well.

Here's the basics on Up & Up diapers:

Up & Up diapers are an economical choice, with their regular prices currently running between $.12-$.23 per diaper, and sale and gift cards often making the price less.

Up & Up diapers are made in the USA.

Up & Up diapers are sold in Target stores and online.

Up & Up also makes Overnight Diapers and Training Pants.

What is actually in an Up & Up diaper? What are Up & Up diapers made of?

Up & Up diapers contain both wood fluff pulp and cotton. Their pulp is elemental chlorine-free.

All sizes do have a wetness indicator.

Their inner liner is hypoallergenic and contains aloe and vitamin E.

What isn't in an Up & Up diaper?

Up & Up diapers do not contain lotions. They are latex free, elemental chlorine free, free of sulfates, parabens, petroleum, and dyes.

Note: Up & Up diapers used to be perfume-free, but they recently (2019) changed that and now their diapers are scented.

Up & Up sizing:
